About Our Firm

Wolff and D'Agrosa have a combination of over 60 years of trial experience in both state and federal courts. The firm handles cases throughout the mid-west in all Circuit courts, Appellate courts, the Supreme Court of Missouri, Federal District Courts in Missouri and Illinois and the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. The firm's emphasis is on litigation with Wolff and D'Agrosa also handling Habeus Corpus petitions, Petitions to the Governor for clemency and oral advocacy before this state's highest court.
The Attorneys have been recognized by their peers as outstanding and aggressive advocates and remain leaders in the local criminal defense bar.
Along with their associate, William J. "Bill" Ekiss and support staff, including Theresa Stewart, the firm exclusively handles criminal defense cases, ranging from minor traffic and misdemeanor offenses to capital murder trials and appeals.
